Sura Korean BBQ Tofu House Restaurant: Experience Authentic Korean Flavors

First and foremost shout out to our server Sarah. Very informative for our first time, had the vegan kbbq experience inside. Was NOT expecting how tasteful everything was. Came in for my birthday so had a lil sweet treat afterwards which was delicious also. The satan bulgolgi was so flavorful, and my goddess yall got my girlfriend to eat kimchi and rice cakes which has been a battle for years lol The atmosphere was a glamorous millennial dream will be coming back here again!!!

They have vegetarian KBBQ!!!! I’ve never seen this available anywhere and was so excited to finally be able to enjoy this option!!! It was nothing short of amazing I ate way too much and died but it was worth it. Seriously though.. a two person portion is massive!! Great value and the cucumber refresher was nice and light.

Food and service were phenomenal. Parking is tricky and very limited. Small space can have a wait time if you go during a busy time. Lunch specials don’t include the weekend. Our server was outstanding and very helpful, it was my first time there and he made the best recommendations. Now onto why I gave it 4/5 instead of 5/5. The price for 2 people getting 2 entrees and 2 appetizers was $100. For $50 a plate I would’ve like the atmosphere to be better and a little higher class. If it’s your first time here try different stuff they have a great selection and foods fresh.

My date and I went to this restaurant because they have both vegan and meat eaters .. I had the short ribs and they were very good.

Phenomenal! Everything was spectacular! Atmosphere was fantastic , great location , staff was very helpful and fun! Trevor took wonderful care of us! Can't go wrong with any of the dishes! Lots of vegetarian options! They are happy to customize too!

We live down the street from this place for for 7 years now and I am upset we never came sooner.This place is an absolute hidden gem.It is so beautiful inside.So much food and great prices.They are on top of their service and really make you feel attended too. Definitely will be returning.

Had an amazing experience at Sura Korean BBQ in LA! We tried the vegan combo, which included vegan bulgogi, shrimp, japchae noodles, crispy wontons, sticky rice skewers (taekbokki-style), and banchan. Everything was delicious, but the sticky rice skewers, wontons, and vegan bulgogi really stood out. The vegan shrimp had a texture surprisingly similar to real shrimp, and the kimchi was excellent. Staff was warm and welcoming. A must-visit, especially for great vegan Korean food. Highly recommend!

Food was great: I loved the variety of items and amount of vegan options. We enjoyed everything we ordered. I have to say the music was on point. All the best k-pop songs! I wish the service was better. Our server rarely came by and took forever to get our orders taken. It wasn’t even that crowded. I’d like to go back and see if the service is better because the food was delicious.
